The Hon Gordon Rich-Phillips will be hosting a media event at Kyneton Aero Club on Friday the 7th of February at 10:00. The event is in relation to Kyneton Aero Club's application for grant funding through the Victorian Government's Regional Aviation Fund.

The club will be holding a working bee on Saturday the 15th of February to transform our new classroom building. The main tasks required include preparation for painting, minor carpentry work, general cleaning and tidying.

If you are willing and able to assist, please keep this date free and we look forward to your help.

After a very successful and productive day on the 15th of February, it's time to finish off the classroom with some sanding and painting. If you're able to help out in any way on the day, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The bi-ennial working bee will be held on Saturday the 10th of May in order to prepare the airfield and aero club for the Biggest Morning Tea the following weekend. A reminder that the working bee provides an opportunity for members with aircraft to reduce their airfield access fee by 70% by contributing to the working bee.

In support of the Cancer Council of Victoria, Transaero, the Kyneton Aero Club and the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia are again hosting “Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea” at Kyneton Airfield.

Dozens of local and visiting aircraft will be on display including many vintage and historic aircraft.

Tea, coffee, sweet and savoury snacks will be served in the Aero Club hangar from 10am Saturday 17th of May at Kyneton Airfield. All we ask is that you make a donation to the Cancer Council.

The 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Kyneton Aero Club will be held at 11:00 on Saturday the 27th of September 2014. This meeting will be followed by a BBQ lunch.

The final working bee for 2014 will be held on Sunday the 19th of October from 09:00. A reminder that to qualify for airfield access fee discounts, those members with aircraft on the field need to attend the working bee. All other members are welcome.

We welcome the Minister for the Aviation Industry, the Hon. Gordon Rich-Phillips to Kyneton Airfield on the 25th of October to officially open the new AVGAS Fuel Facility & Airfield Lighting System which were fully funded by the Victorian Government's Regional Aviation Fund.

The official ceremony will be followed by an informal BBQ lunch.

Once again the Kyneton Aero Club will be supporting this very worthy charity event.
